well i had a friend hook up all of my stuff this past weekend and everything played fine. both amps were working, bass was slamming, etc... this was almost all day. well the next day i was driving, with country music playing (so no strain on the amps) and the slave amp goes into protection. so i reset everything and try again, but it still goes into protection. the only way i can have the amps strapped without the slave going into protection is to have the master gain all the way down. but if i unplug the slave amp, and just let the master power all the subs i can turn the gain up as much as i want without anything happening. i just dont understand why i cant turn up the volume without the slave amp going into protection everytime.
