What can i do to get rid of distortion in my subs. I've never heard it in anyone else's but mine. It happens whenever i hit my brakes or turn on my blinker, its crazy.

I am presuming that what your speaking of isn't 'distortion' but more of a radiated or ground noise.

Will it make the same sounds if the RCA jacks are removed from the amplifier? If not, check your connections at the headunit, making sure it has an adequate ground. Could even be a bad unit, but more than likely wiring related.

Where is your amplifier ground, and how good is the connection? Also, check the other ground points of the vehicle, and any connections on the power wire.
