I have a box that is 5 ft3 after sub displacement (2 subs one common chamber) and I want to tune the box to 35 can some one punch in the number and help me out. My box is only 13" deep so keep that in mind.

you didn't say, so I'm assuming that 1 woofer is going into that box.
1 4" round port 10" long will port to about 37hz
or...35"^2 of port area 10" long will port to about 35.6hz

2 4" ports 7" long will do fine

ummm...2 4" ports 7" long tunes to almost 60hz
ok...two woofers common chamber...so...
3 2" ports 10" long tunes to 35.5hz
or
24" of port area 8" long tunes to about 34.5hz

i dont understand where u are getting 3 2" ports 10" long = 35.5hz
according to winISD 3 2" ports around 3" long tunes to 35 hz
also he was correct in saying 2 4" ports 7"(more like 8") would tune to 35hz
