im building a box soon for my 2 12" RF HE sries subs (not hex just HE)i need a box that will get the most sound otu of um. i want low bass like a sealed box but i want it louder than i sealed box.i was thinking of tuneing to around 32 hz? maby...this will be in an eveyday driver.no burps.no comps. just vary low and loud music.i play some test tones and alot of limp bizkit i have around 5 cu. ft to work with i have wood working tools and my dad can do just about anything with wood i have 2 4x8 foot sheeys of MDF board and some silicone and liquid nails and plenty of screws.i just need all spex.suth as pot sizes box size and all that i was thinking of useing a square port...so just tel me whats the best for whati want remember i need um low and loud...i have no idea how to use box programs so dont tell me to go get one because they are greek to me..for any question e-mail wohlheter_69@yahoo.com or reply here....

for god's sakes man you've asked virtually this same question like three times. Just go back and check the archives for it, nobody will answer your questions if you don't pay attention to what they say and just ask over and over again.

rf only gives me sealed box. they tell me that series dosnt handel ported boxs.
i really need some spex here this is the only place i can get um.so please just tell me exatcly the size of the box i need to build from 3/4 mdf to hold 2 12" HE's ported tuned to 32 hz somebody please tell me...

try this build a box that has 5.00cubic feet internal. put in a divider piece to give you 2.5 ft^3 per side. use one 4" port on each side that is 11.5"'s long. this design already accounts for speaker,port and(moderate) bracing.this should give you about 2.25ft^3 per 12 tuned to 32hz.just make sure that you have 2.5ft^3 per 12 and you should be set.

hahahaha, and he'll be asking for an enclosure for some german sub that doesn't even exist ( read his post over finding the ultimate sub, it's hilarious! )

If RF said that this series doesn't work in a ported enclosure then why the hell are you going to try? instead of getting a sub that's made to be ported or using the proper enclosure, you're willing to possibly damage yours subs amongst other things? Good Luck, I guess.

if freakin RF tell you they dont handle ported boxes they why try too make one....?if u want ported buy a sub that works good ported......
