How irregular can the shape of a sealed box be as long as the correct amount of air-space is made,for the sub.? especially in the depth , like having a fraction or two from the magnet of the sub in the depth measurements...? will this create a problem for the preformence for the sub.?

Actually its going to be the kicker 10".66cu solos,there is a space in my monte carlo under the "orpa-side" windows in the back-seat that looks like a good spot to have a sub. on each side. I have'nt checked it out yet for the amount of space I have,but I think it would be a good place for a pair,especially being in the cab. Have seen a couple of installs were exspanding foam,the sandable kind was used must be a special kind of foam,did'nt think the reagular foam could be sanded,formed and hollowed out for the amount of air space needed , and then fiberglassed on the out-side of the foam for the enclosure. I do'nt know if it will work but i'm sure going to look into it...
