ok question for u all 4 15's in a wall how many cubes would u make the box and port?

I would build as big as I could, and shrink it later during tuning.

I would think 20-25 cubes if you could.

what type of setup? in a wall or box style? how much room do you have?

my box before was 47 cubes and i tore the back of it and bringing the size down.fully walled

holy crap it was that big? Thats bigger than some Imigrant housing Ive seen. Could have been why u were blowin subs and peaking so low.

I dont think that you would need more than 20 cubes. IMO the best way to go would be to start with the resonate hz of the car then look at how much room you have for port area then make the box size to match the tunning that you need!! (the resonate or 1/4 wave to the meter) that should be a good way to start

example only:

resonate hz: 73
port area 350sq inches 5 inches deep
box volume 17 cubes

yea rob its that big from back of baffle back is 47 cubes was thinking of taking it down to 30 cubes.guess its time to finally figure out my resonate.its a 1997 bravada walled any one know what there fregency is?
