I think that crossfire xs-spl subs do and believe it or not you can actually get these in 10's cause I have the first pair built of course you have to order them cause the are all custom built to your options with up to 8 spiders stiffys or softys 3 inches of xmax for the 10's and more for the 12's 15's and the 18's have 4.5 inches of xmax they all handle 2000 rms and 10000 watt burps but my tens only have the doubly stacked magnet so they are kinda of like a hybrid and handle 7500 watts on a burp but they are nice subs all of them are

Audio Pulse LMS Ultra woofers. The site says a 4" coil with 10" suspension. I also believe that they offer dual 4's, 2's, 1's and also quad coils. I don't know a whole lot about them, but if you can get in contact with Mike Singer. His comp name is Team Db Linc-Ss Audio. He runs Audio Pulse woofers, but is currently using TC Sounds woofers in his Eclipse.

Their woofers can still be had from Robot Underground and also Partsexpress. Robot Underground actually recones old Audio Pulse woofers and they build them from parts that they bought.

Don.. this sounds like you're looking for your "ideal" sub... so it's got me wondering, how many of these requirements did the Inhumans meet?
I'm pretty sure it had the following:
-4" coil, copper, flatwound or bifilar aluminum on black anodized aluminum former. -2000+wrms -Available in a multitude of coil options(D1,D2,D4....etc) -Some sort of cooling for the coil
But I'm not sure about:
-electrical x-max of 30+mm(more the better) -mechanical x-max(xmech) of 60+mm -10" or bigger spider with tinsel leads incorporated into the spider system. -lower than usual MMS

Since the title of the thread is "Subwoofers with a 4" coil", I will mention that the MTX 9500 and the Rockford Fosgate T2 series woofers both use 4" coils - But neither comes anywhere close to meeting your other posted requirements.

No the inhumans were only 3" coil and ya I am sorta looking for my ideal subwoofer but at the same time making it known that these are the future for an ideal bass race subwoofer. Especially some tricks made by me back in the day like electronic forced air cooling and or digital IR thermal temperature gauge.

Also the other specs they meet in a way
For Bass Race there are even other coils availlable ( Email or PM or you know how to reach me Don for more info )

I own two of the D2 12" Orion HCCAs, and I can tell you that they are really durable drivers that take a hell of a beating. SQ and Efficiency wise they leave something to be desired, and of course they weigh a ton, but for abusive situations like bass racing, they are really great woofers. Plus field replaceable cones.
