I was wandeing if any could help me design an enclosure for a single Pheonix Gold Xmax 12". I am trying to design a sq vechile and using the rear half of a RF power 800a4 (2 ophm mono) to power it. The vechile is a 97 Nissan Altima. I was only considering a sealed enclosure around 1.2 cubic feet (any information on this figure would be heplful it was recommended by the sales guy)unitl coming to this page. Many of you seem to think ported is better. What do you think is best for this sub for sq purposes?
Can i biuld a ported box my self they seem much more complicated?
how much should i expect to pay to have a quality ported box made for me?
can the ports be extended through the rear deck to fire into the cab?
