I am trying to decide weather to use pvc pipe for ports or weather to go buy actual ports. Where do I get ports? Should I just ask for them at soundsurround or like any car sterio store?

PVC will work fine if it's large enough..and you round off the edges. If they aren't rounded off...you'll hear a whistling sound...very aggravating.

Just make sure you use at least the recommended diameter for your port.

What the heck is an 'actual port'?? I've always used plastic pipe, unless making slots...
