i agree from testing it seems the mojos get louder in bigger enclouser. besides u barley have any 15's that like 2 cubes. i say go 4-5 cubes each 15, but id tune a tad bit lower. 32hz

I have built over a hundred cars with Mojos, anything bigger than 3.5 usually plays deep bass well but looses control on higher notes. Vas on the M3mojo15 dual is only 2.36 cu/ft, and the fs is pretty low. If you model it on Bassbox of WinIsd it is pretty obvious which box works best
The other thing too is in a Ext cab S10, you can only get maybe 6-7 cuft and still have seat room. You might gain a little on the windshield sealed up going bigger, but for daily and outlaw 3cuft works great

2 4kws is waaay to much power for 2. We usually use a 4k to power 4 mojo15s. I would probably glass in the spear tire well and build as big a box as possible, probably get around 7 cuft, subs and port up,port all the way in the back

for streetbeat competition? right now we have them in a 6 cuft test box, and we could squeeze almost 10 cuft out of the rear hatch area w/o using the spare tire well. I don't think a single 4k would be enough to put up a respectable score.....

a denali we built has 4 on a mojo 4kw with 1-extra 12v battery and did a 151.7 streetbeat. Standard box no wall

I dont know anything about any of those cars, but I will almost guarantee you that you cant do those numbers on music without a wall with 2-15s
I will also tell ya that a Mojo 15 will absolutely not handle a 4kw for 30 seconds on music at full tilt. I did have a van with 9- mojos and 9 4kws, that dont work. Burps yes.

Thanks Brad, I am building the box to 6 cubes, 1.5 inches all the way round. Its going in a dodge dakota. I will eventually run 4 Mojos. I am Running two for now at 2 ohm. Also trying to figure out what kind of batts to use and how many.

One of those Street Beat 3 scores is a teammate of mine, Paul Romano. He had some issues at finals. We were burping 156.5 outlaw, and doing 155.1 in street beat with 2 memphis Mojo 15's and 4 Kole Audio 3000d's. We were getting about 3000 watts a sub and YES THEY STINK AFTER 30 seconds but they held up. We folded the cone once or twice throughout the year but I was actually impressed how well the woofers held up. We had a mazda b2000 extended cab and used about 2 cubes per 15, with 4 4'' aeroports. The best sounding box was about 2.5 cubes each with 4 4'' ports. All you guys that still think you need a huge box are mistaken, it will sound like total crap, play from about 30-40hz and nothing else. Brad made great recommendations. I hardly ever use more than 3.5 cubes for a 15 for daily use.
