how much would it affect a 12" rf in a sealed box if it leak a little bit??

What is a bit? Do you have gapping holes all over? I have had box in teh past leak a bit befor and havent noitice anything magior. Ify you are hearing posable air noise like port noise seal the box up mor. Shoot the silicon onto your fingure and reach in to seal up the egjes of your box. If you still have problem then somthing is not right.

STILL waiting to hear a GOOD pair of HLCD's!! If it dont fit, force it... if it breaks, it needed to be replaced anyway...

An air leak of ONLY 5% can make a significant difference in the sound of a woofer...
