so if someone wanted to become a shocker dealer where would they find info about them or even a consumer looking for info about the products or dealers?

I would think not having a car would be the reason not to use their subs. LOL

And to stany i have seen a few cars swap out DD subs and get louder with others and I have seen other cars lose alot of db's including our own vehicles. Just don't make it sound like only cars using DD's get louder when they use other subs many people have pulled subs out and put DD's in and have gained no matter if they had Atomics, RE's, Rockfords, Treo, Funky Pop's, etc.

I never did tell that DD's are not good or aint go loud , neather did i sayed that numbers sall go up when swapping subs [Smile] , also didnt say numbers sall go down [Smile]


And , personal , i am no favorite of swapping subs without adapting the install first to it > to get everything up to par again , because then and then only you can compaire scores .

Never in my whole car audio career i bashed a brand , and i never will , why should i .

What i just tryed to put the light on is that all those worldrecords and super loud scores commes there thanks to the verry hard and long work of those competitors putting big big time in there install to optimise every detail to that score , going from the first screw to the last wire ;
many do forget this and just focus all the attention to the particular brand used .
Therefore : use facts as facts , use your material(s) in the right way and see the results from it .

And therefore , just therefore was my post ; that a WR ( score ) is dedicated to the man - woman - team behind it and the time he - she - they putting in it .

Obviously just plain swapping subs will yield inconsistent results. Every car/box/woofer interaction is different and each installation must be optimised to maximize performance.
