Back when I had my mercury cougar hatchback, it had no problem with a 36ish tuning and getting low and loud.

I've found that in SUVS, my explorer, and my sister's VUE.....36ish just doesn't get the same affect.

Do I need to drop tuning in the large cabin space?? My new box will be 32/33 hz and hopefully be a lot louder to the ear than the 36/37hz one.

Subs up, port back.

Dimensions are 32x25.5x16.5 I do beleive.

It works out to 5.5 net, tuned to 36 or 37hz w/ 70in^2 port area.

Two SoundSplinter RL-p 15s. Planet Audio T2250D on the pair.
