I'm planning to use a single 10" which I have right now, and add another single 15" to this. Is this ok or will it sound wierd? Anyone tried this? I will cross them 10" 125 hz down and 15" 80 hz down.

Well, it is ok, you just have to set them up properly so they don't sound weird.
1) They must have seperate airspace (different boxes, or a divided box)
2) You need to restrict the frequencies that go to each sub. (Like mentioned above)
The first one is easy to do, but the second will require some time, work, and money.
