i just finished putting my subs in my new install and noticed that all the screws that where sitting in the dustcap where magnetically atracted to the cap..so i tried some other objects and its like the cap is really magnetic... is there something going on freaky with my subs? AC

No question is a dumb question as it is only an attempt to acuire knowledge. Find a site that describes how magnetic fields work. This should give you a real good way to understand why your screws polarize under a magnetic field and stand up straight. I sometimes use the sub to my advantage.
