I have no experience with any treo subs but I will tell you that you can't go wrong with RE in my opinion. Besides outstanding products there customer service cant be touched. I have only dealt with them a short time and any question I have asked if they didnt know off the top of their head they were working on answer for me before they got off the phone or thru reading the email.

you can't go wrong with treo. the ss's are great subs. they sound good and can put up high numbers. i got a friend doing 152 with a pair of 12 ss. i got the csx's and i love them. they got a good warranty and good customer service. hope this helps.

i think i'm gonna go with RE because every at the last competition i was in has 2 12" Treo 8 of them to be exact and me with 1 15" MMats series sub i lost but now i want to prove there is more than Treo around here and that a 17 yr. old with little income can compete with 25+ yr olds with more money and pro. installs i think the highest in may class was 2 12" Treo SS or SSX (not sure) with Zapco 9.0's on each and he did a 151.2 in a Tahoe so my goal is to get close to that sorry for the long post but i was really bored tonight and had to find somethin to do

WHOA, hard to believe TREO is that big in Nebraska. In that case, I'd go RE just to be different. Kinda the way I felt when I first went with TREO, and now I love them. I can't believe dude was hitting that low with 2 9.0 amps. Just remember whatever subs you get, pick the right size box/port to do the most damage. Holla back and keep us informed. If it were a SSX then I'd go fot the TREO, but since it's just the SS I think the HC would be your best bet.

I've roasted (2) TREO SSX 12.22's so far. And I'm running a single 12 set up. Destroyed the first SSX12.22 with a modified old school MMATS D200HC and cooked the 2nd one with a Hiphonics BXi2006. Now I have a SoundStream PCX2000D waiting to provide the power for what finds it's way into my trunk next. Hopefully TREO warranties out my last SSX12.22 . It was only 4 months old. If they don't, I'm going to start looking for deals on RE Audio subwoofers.
