My friend had a pair of Concepts 12" sealed w/ a JL 500/1. Those things wanted to jump out the box he should have went ported. They were DVC subs can't remember which model they were [Embarrassed]

I have a 12" CSE-12 in a bandpass box running of an autotek 200.2 amp (it's my first system, I've learned!) At first the bass was great, I loved it, and then I got used to it. To me the concept subs sound great but that's the only sub I have heard so I wouldn't base decisions on my post. I am getting 3 12" ED K series subs hopefully by the new years. I would think the ED's would kill the Concept in SQ and SPL, but for a single 12" sub in a bandpass box, I think the sub does great.

I have 2 12"oncept CPT's in my car running off a bd1500.1 @ 2ohms and I love them, they play soo nice and low and they're loud as hell too.
