Wow how do I explain this one First off I took a mold of the floor, so we have a base for the amp rack, after you have your base I cut 8 pieces of wood to match the shapes of the amps, I posistioned 4 of the boards to the base, in where I wanted them, you must fasten them down really good, then I stretched fleeeese over the whole rack, then I took the other 4 boards and linded them up with the ones over the fleese, and screwed them down good and tight, thats how you get you nice and perfect curves, then you fiberglass the **** out of it, let dry use alot of duraglss, then a thin coat of bondo, sand primer and paint !
Hope that helps
Chris

Aww, that makes perfect sense. I really should have figured that out on my own.
Ok, one last question and I'll leave you alone.
Why the blue painters tape around the top pieces of wood? I assume to help keep the wood from getting all resined and getting stuck there?
