No, you're right Kim. You can drop 3" from the baseline of the windshield but you cannot raise 3" above the baseline of the windshield. Other than that everything looks good. Chris is the big van going to make SBN? Good Luck!

As long as he still has 4 sq ft viewing area I would say that you can paint the bottom part and make a new 'horizontal plane'
