i am about to fiber glass my highs into my truck, but i ran into a dilemma. i was going to put; (10)6.5's (10)tweeters (4)10's
in front of my b pillars, then i had someone tell me that it would change the class im in because of th 10's. is that true? their only for midbass, so they shouldnt count right?

I dont think having the 10's would change you class as long as they are off when you make runs. the real question is would your truck disqualified because of the fiberglass in front of the B-piller. that would be taking up air space and be harder then OEM materials. so it may not allow you to compete in any thing but Extreme.

i'd say you'd have to run in monster class, which is demo only...not hardly a real class

i have the same problem i have ten sets of 6.5's and cant mount them cause it would take me out of my class, the rule is that fiberglass can be used for "Local strengthening" only, but local strenthening for ten speakers would virtually turn my door panels into fiberglass.....i feel your pain brother!!!!! they are making it easy to bass race but harder for us spl guys to play music that will keep up with our subwoffer output.....SUCKY!!!!!
