Topic: Anybody have a permanent installed TLAB system?
Just got done ordering a Laptop to go in my car so in the next couple months i will order the TLAB system so i can have it permanently installed so i can meter myself and others on the spot. Plus...since it's a pc, i will finally be able to control all video and audio applications straight from there. Now, all i gotta do is build a console. -------------------- Competition stats so far from Audio To Go as of 2004- (Sean Madison)- http://www.audiotogo.net/splhistory.php

Now, i'm not gonna be watchin myself while drivin, that be kinda stupid, but i want to be able to see when i do meter up front. I just dont know when to get the TLAB system. I'm waitin on a new Db Drive 15 to come in a couple more weeks and the laptop will be in by then. Maybe a couple weeks later i'll get the TLAB, i dont know yet. -------------------- Competition stats so far from Audio To Go as of 2004- (Sean Madison)- http://www.audiotogo.net/splhistory.php

Ha, thats all i gotta say today is Ha. I would love to be on the level of thinkin you are right now when i first thought of it but hell, i gotta get past the normal stuff. Gettin my highs to stay workin without gettin damaged is harder right now than modifying your car for comps. Goin on pair 4 because evidently, NO manufacturer rates their speakers correctly and i end up damaging them thermally WHILE usin an o-scope to set em up. Tell me if that aint ridiculous! -------------------- Competition stats so far from Audio To Go as of 2004- (Sean Madison)- http://www.audiotogo.net/splhistory.php

i know this guys, hehe, but what are you using exactly! What brand, model number, the rms rating on the converter? Also, the most important thing- when using the tlab, how high did the tlab read when using the converter vs using it on a real 120v line(or being metered at comp)? Meaning... What's the highest Db score u have gotten this thing to read at on the converter and is it still consistent score-wise running it normally? -------------------- Competition stats so far from Audio To Go as of 2004- (Sean Madison)- http://www.audiotogo.net/splhistory.php
