is there anyone that recoils rockford power rfr3112 besides rockford. if so for how much? if not how much would rockford charge?

sup dude...you running RF instead of DD now?
the only place to get recones for a sub is from the manufacturer. i can't think of any (maybe some of the smaller ones like BA or whatnot...but i doubt it) companies that let distributors or anyone else stock recone kits.
you'll have to call RF's customer service number and ask them.
1-800-669-9899
they'll give you an RA# to put on the outside of the package you ship the sub back to them in and probably tell you how much it will cost. recone costs vary from company to company and usually from product line to product line due to the higher quality/beefier parts used on the upper lines...
i know we (ED) charge 1/2 the cost of the sub to recone it. i think DD charges around $100 to recone their subs, not positive as it may have changed since i last checked into it. depends on the company

i sold that nissan p/u that i had for comps., also sold all the dd's and six of the 2000x's(stupid mistake).i got a 2002 harley f-150 now and i didn't want to tear it up putting all of that in there.i purchased a jl stealth box for it,traded the jl for the rockford. because a dd just wouldn't perform in that box. put one of the 2000x's on the rockford, thinking i could get some output from it. next thing i know i'm on termpro asking where to get a rockford sub reconed.

lol...not completely familiar with the model #'s of RF subs but was that a power HX2 or an older power model? if it was the power HX2 it should've handled that amp just fine
i'm in the process of finding a new vehicle myself...but i'm gonna tear that one up too lol.

the-dew2000, i have a deal in the working with a freind of mine from a local shop. if it doesn't work out how much will you charge me to recone this sub(rfr-3112)

pretty much nothing...waiting til i get my newer vehicle
but sittin in my living room i have an e15SP...got my satellite radio waitin to be installed in my car at the shop, waitin on my X3 to come back from RF, waitin on my avionixx AXT 800.2 to come back also,
going to get a clarion 835 when i get my car...not sure on subs quite yet, maybe another SP and a pair of nine.1's. memphis 6.5" components (their new high performance ones), ...

I think what he was saying is he recoils From Rockford as in he backs away from Rockford not repairs them. I Could be wrong.
