***First off I am sorry for posting this here. I would post it in the forsale section but well its not there and I dont particularly like the new for sale area. If a mod feels the need to close this I understand...Just I ask that you at least leave it on here and dont delete it***Well here is something I thought I would throw out there.

With all the medical problems the person that lived with me is having and they fact they are getting transfered to near Springfield, MO to a head truma (sp?) center and wont be back home any time soon(at least a year)...if at all... I have a room that I have thought about rentout out in my house.

I live near the air port in Berkeley. Dont let the name of the area fool ya. Its in a nice part of berkeley. The neighboor hood is very quiet and never a problem at all. I have left the car sitting out side for days at a time and never a hint of a problem.

I have not really thought about how much I would need to charge for rent. I kinda want to see if there was anyone even interested first. I do know it will be within $300 to $400. That will include EVERYTHING but food and you personal care stuff and clothes washing stuff...

What you would get is full use of the house. From the ice box's to the washer and dryer, garage, stove and kitchen stuff. House also had cable and a DSL connection that is able to be used. More or less what is mine you are more then welcome to use....just use with respect:-)

SO if at all interested PLEASE email me.

Also all I will want at time of move in is the first months rent. I am not going to take a security deposit or anything like that....
