I just ordered like 8 sheets of this stuff, to deaden my 93 altima. This stuff doesnt have the best adhesive backing, and its not stretchy like dynamat, i'm wondering how the hell you guys applied this stuff for best results, I already decided to not use it on the headliner or anything where it will be upside down, but I really want to deaden my doors with it, I guess Ill just use it for trunk/doors, please any advice from those who use it.

the mastic your talking about is probobly used for heaeting and air correct? when it gets hot it "melts" to conform to whatever you have it on, we use it to wrap around the connections in ductwork to stop any air leaks....i've also used this if we don't have enough other type sound deadener around and it just peels and sticks....just a warning though, AFTER THIS STUFF GETS HOT ITS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET BACK OFF, you have to scrap it after it gets hot won't be able to pull it.

If your having problems with the adhesive just take a heat gun to it before you put it on
