Huge ammounts of tens playing crap like slipnot and being obnoxiously loud sounding good. Ok if you have ever been to Spring break nationals you know what I am talking about.

There is always a car with like 15-50 10s of some kind that can play weird music that shouldnt be loud but it is insane. Soo pretty much thats what I plan on doing with something like 12-10s(cheap ass memphis power refrence) in a wall, 3 1500watt 1 ohm amps, a computer for EQ. And maybe some PA drive midrange and such.

I have enough space to get the 12-10s ported or maybe more sealed what do you think the key to this type of system is? I dont only listen to 5h1ty bass cds and rap! I want to pound real music and be loud.

link to the woofers i was thinking about .... got any better ideas? http://69.93.14.227/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=2141

IMO for price you CANNOT BEAT PIONEER. i swear i heard 4 on the old silver bullet cones with 200 per driver selaed do 146 on a tuff audiocontrol. if you where to do like 12 10s that would be pretty freaking sick for fast paced music like double bass in pantera etc.

There was a nice 48 or 50 l7 10 setup that was rediculous at sbn I would love to be able to play double bass really loud with subs. Put a million legacy 8's in there....... ok I will stfu now.

Thats the reason i did 6- 10" subs. Plus i got them for really cheap. I listen to mainly metal, but other rock too. the reason i only did 6 though was because i didn't want to do a wall or anything, but its still insanely loud.

I am talking about basicly a less than 775 dollar shipped setup. What would be better and play fast double bass and stuff other than rap louder?

at sbn all the L7s were in a hardbody nissan that was burgandy 2 years ago also there was an arc audio car that had 30+ arc audio 10s it wanged so hard it gave me a boner.

PM me on the MAs or anyone with some suggestions.

That guy lives in my city, he has 10 10" pr's, and they kick hard.
I couldn't stick my head in the truck when he was playing music.
He hit 145db at 23htz. and I forget what he hit at peak.

Your enclosure is going to play a part in the sound you want to achieve. Not the size of the woofer. If I were going after the double kick drum sound, I'd look into a very small sealed box.

SOOOO you think i can make some 15s or 12s sound like what I am talking about and carry for blocks away...I have never heard this but it could be possible, it would be cheaper to do bigger woofers because they are like the same price or just a few dollars more usuallyyes sealed seems to be the thing to do i just want that sound to be really loud also...i think ill make it ported and make it really easy to plug or whatever maybe.

link me up with something cool if you know of something..... woofersetcs shipping is only 25 dollars for those 10s and at this weight shipping is a major factor on other sites aparantly, where are the pioneers at a flat shipping rate???

why not a bunch of RE RE series 12's or 10's! Small sealed or small vented, the subs do awsome, and you can get a really good price on them too! Give me a shout if interested!
