No program can take cabin volume, vehicle resonance, humidity, elevation, impedance rise etc into consideration when giving you specs/results. When I tell winisd to tune to 30Hz it peaks about 4-5hZ above... It'll give you a larger range of options to choose from as well as woofers. A little more quality from a purchased product than a free one.
