nice to see other people doing car computers on here, mine is a slow 233mhz mmx P1, but its touch screen and easly removable. i use winamp as you can see and i found that this program call softamp virtual sound is great for a car, you can set speaker placement from the degree, to distance from your head, and the angle, so you can make an exact location from the speakers to your head for best imaging. im also looking for a 31+ band eq for it. i found 1 72band eq for winamp but it seemed to freeze the winamp on the tablet. i can preset it then play music i might try it again if i cant find a better one.
what are you going to use to control your computer, is it touch screen or are you using a small touch screen mouse? are you going to have a keyboard, im thinking about putting my ir keyboard in the visor sense its so small and easy to put there. but i would need an ir repeater.

I haven't really thought about it...
my HD TV tuner card has a IR remote control, that plugs into the USB port, so thats possible.

athlon xp 1800+ 1024mb ram 9800 pro gr card, i wanna play games in my car. I have the extra computer, I just need a monitor that fits in the gapeing hole in my dash, where is a good place to get cheap monitors or lcds?
