About how much would I pay for a 250amp alternator from ohio generator?

Im not sure but you can probably expect to bend over cause they is going to take it outa your rear end! If I were you If those do cost too much go to a local shop and talk to them there. I have a freind that owns his own shop and does mine for me. I am going to have four 210 amp alternators. I have two in right now and am addin the 3rd and 4th this weekend. I can get them for around $220. It might be cheaper to do 2 of those vs. 1 of the others. Just a thought.
