Topic: regular cab...
i want to build a fiberglass truck box for my infinity perfect 12". i have my amps mounted to my seats and i would like to know if i could go with ported, how big will i need to go. i was thinking somewhere around 2.5"v3. if i make a sealed box will a 1.25"v3 box be good for my sub? also i have a Rockford Fosgate Power 450S (bridged) powering my sub...is this a good set u?

lemme do a lil research on the sub and what it needs and ill tell ya, what kinda bass u lookin for????? cuz sealed and ported boxes will sound different...

i want nice, clean deep bass. i know it depends on the sub for the most part. i dont want loud, boomy bass. also what does tuning mean? i have a sealed box now and i like how it sounds but its not the best in the world. thanx

what u might wanna do is, put it in a small vented box (bigger than the seal obviously) and tune it higher i think, lemme make sure of the tuning for the bass u want ill get back to ya asap

2 cubes, (2) 4 inch ports 24 inches long, and if u want it a bit louder make the ports 17inces long.. i got that from a very good box builder it should sound the way u want it, hit me up on what ya do with it...
