I'm thinking of making a new sealed box for a pair of 10"s. with a mirrored effect. So, I'd like to learn some more on this type of procedure, etc.... placing mirror, and
type of gluing of mirror, plex. placement,
and just over-all design of an enclosure
of this type and also the pro's & con's.
So,anyone with knowledge on this type
of box just let me know ....

I would place 1/8" plexi mirror on all 6 sides inside box. This will give an effect of lots of subs...
Before assemling box, spray adhesive( #951) a piece of mirror to each face, in its proper place, and router off edges for flush fit... Then assemble box with wood glue and screws every 4"... Should turn out nicely....
It will take some practice and for-thought though... GOOD LUCK DUDE!

Thanks/; TinyTunes
alittle confused on the place-ment steps..
but, are you saying to router each side
with the mirror already attached ? to each
piece, when squareing the edges ? or, to mark
the outside of each piece of mirror and then square "mdf"?
also I do make the hole front baffle out of plexi. clear . right ?
