My car is setup with 4 RF HX2 15's on a wall with one RF 1000d amp. I plan to add 4 1000 watt amps this summer and probably get better subs, do you think it would be better to build a new wall with my 2 concept quad coil 18's I already have or sell the 18's and buy four better 15's?

I would suggest the 18's unless ya get some really good 15's

I once asked which would be louder, 4 audiobahn 18's or 2 MMATS juggs 15's(with only 2000rms to each 15) and the juggs were chosen without hesitation.

just my .02

Use the 18's they are pretty decent subs.
And if you have extra money givem more power. Plus you will have more room to play with port area etc.
