Can anyone with previous experience with these cars give advise on doing a ported wall type enclosure for spl competions ss1-2.

try this wfidler@sunlink.net the kids name is luke fidler he had a probe with 2 strokers. i think his name on here was thunder-n-light.

Also see John Bennett from Michigan. He used a Probe for most of last year in SS 1-2 and did quite well. I believe he may have used Strokers too.

Thanks I looked him up on competitor stats 161.6 with 2 american bass 15s and 4 eathquake amps pretty empressive ss1-2 competitor . There is hope for me after all, 2 inhuman 18s and 4 mtx 81000ds in a similar box to John's coming soon to SS 1-2.

i used a probe for spl since 97, mostly local back then, it was sold last year, after 2 drunk driver hit it within a month.
it had 12 12" blaupunkts in 97-98 , switched to 2 15" hollywood edges in 99, it was resting till 2002 when i put in 20 10" hollywood excursion subs in it.
granted it never got loud, course i never had the power for anything i had in it. but it was kool to have 20 10" subs in a probe
