I know that it used to be that you could use any meter to host a dbdrag. Since the other meters didn't have a head to head function and that was allowed I was just curious if now that the termlab is required can you somehow use a one sensor system to hold a show or do you have to have two?

You can't do brackets in db drag mode without 2 sensors so I don't see how you could run a show and submit the results without 2.

It is possible.
You can do the eliminations one after each other !
The loudest has advantage and CAN go first.

Yes,
but please check with the official people.
Anyways I always had a 2 sensor/mic system,
but I asked that question back in 2003 and Sam
told me that this CAN be a way to proceed.
If nothing had changed, it should be ok.

Üüüühh!!!

PS.: On the other side, a 2nd sensor is not such
a big investment and will save a lot of time and
work at the events...

dB Drag racing is a head to head contest. You should use two sensors.

In case of equipment failure (i.e. the old mic set up) it was possible to write down the results on paper and send it to Wayne who would take a year to manually type in the results and put it on the website.

So TWO SENSORS ARE NEEDED
