most serious southern californian's dont care about throphy's i threw away like 10 of them justthe other day and alot of people like roger deron and the rest dont want throphy's most likely they rather have more show's.

Doug, Jared DOES NOT speak for any of the so cal competitors. we all thank you for the hard work you have put in trying to get shows down here(jared has no idea how hard it is). Since i have started doing NSPL shows i have seen how hard it is to get retailers to have shows. hopefully this year wayne will change the way shows are done so the cost can go back down.
but apparently you do...jacob you have absolutely no idea what i am talking about with this conversation. these are all very legitamate concerns for shows done down here. if you do not like it, then say you do not, don't speak for everyone down here. there is absolutely nothing wrong with anything i have said so far, infact i have had 3 people out of 3 people i have asked already tell me this is exactly what they would want changed. you have alot of opinions for someone who has never been to one of his shows.
Jared you come across very ungreatful in your posts. You have complaned about almost every judge in so cal. Seeing how you have talked about judges i don't see whyanyone whould want to judge a show in so cal. That is the point that i am saying you do not speak for every one. Jaffe and doug are the future of db drag in so cal (for now) so comming on here and complaing about there shows is not going to help get shows here. Hopefully next year wanye will lower the cost of shows, so we can get more out here. But until then please don't come on here and make the judges feel they are not aprecated.

actually these are legitimate concerns that i have talked with jaffe about. again jacob, talk about what you know about, not what you do not know about. what judge have a bashed, i know 4 competitors that have expressed this and do not like sonic fx in their face and mentioned at comeptitions. who have i bashed, everyone makes mistakes, this is one of the only faults i see in doug's judging. i feel it is better to get things out in the open rather than going behind peoples' backs. would you not want constructive critisism for your judging... btw, it is not hard to get shows at shops, i have a chain of 4 willings to do shows, along with 2 more shops... but i don't want them to spend X amount of money and have nothing to show for it.
what judge have i complained about besides doug? N-O-N-E. this is an easy fix.

if jacob plan's on copeting next year, i would suggest the oklohoma show down. i rather drive their just one time then drive 600miles round trip every weekend. cause so cal is dead

All I have to Say to you Jarod is Please come to one of my shows so that you know what you are talking about when you talk Sh1t about my shows.. and coming to only one and being REALLY late doesnt count.. just come to a show and I am sure you will have a diffrent opinion about me and my judging.. I put on 2 Big Point weekends specifically for you because you said " if you have a 3x or a 4x weekend I will come up other wise it is a waste of my time".. so just so you know I put on those multi show weekends Just for you and you didnt show later Doug

I think everyone is mad because Doug is a certified judge and a car audio line owner. I don't see any problem with hosting a show and trying to promote your company. Doug is very fortunate to have both of them and it seems like SOME people don't like it. Real competitors should never feel harassed when a reputable judge is insisting to give his/her product a try. If you never try different things, you'll be stuck in the 90's like Crazy Joker and Strokers. TEST TEST TEST!

one more day and its the big day to go to pomona fairgrounds real early in the morning..so you can attend extream autofest..which is on nov.21 move in time is 6-9 am

Last season was my first season in DB drags of any kind. Doug Stockten almost bent over back words to help me out. I now have a shelf full of trophy’s. Thanks impart to Dougs out standing customer service and support. I purched the speakers in Oregon and when I moved to California he invited me to a Show. Doug used his subwoofers to create another DB drags competitor. If it wasn’t for Doug and Sonic FX Audio a lot of people my self included would have never been introduced to DB Drag Racing.

well you boys all i can say is thanks to dough for his support on 2003 which i used his woofers all year long and i really appreciate his warranty service not like ATOMIC that it takes an eternity to get their warranty service right and quick and if you guys want more shows all you have to do is pay the price of this sport or just dont continue with this and save money for your bills but dont bitch for someone that is trying to make a living too...

Why does it seem to me, that some people seem to be giving a judge who is more than willing to have shows that Cali especially SoCal seems to want a hard time. And expect him to have more shows down south????? I honestly think we need to think this out.....
