Not sure of which point your looking for an answer to, but the "Changing of Equipment" issues have pretty much been defined and are clearly stated in the 2004 rules.

I was wondering about reconing speakers actually. I have seen many good subs get pulled out and reconed after burps.

SO basically you are saying steve you can rechange anything as long as it is easy and quick to break!!! hehehe...
