who cares about hicks in the big city... they don't attend finals... it needs to be a big draw for this sport to get better. VEGAS IS THE BEST PLACE WITH 0 BIAS BEHIND IT... so far only 1 arguement, it is too far to drive... answer for that is, very few of you have made a 4000 mile RT drive to finals. so how would you guys know it is too far? what have west coasters been doing for the past 15 years?
again, cheaper hotels, more venues, better parties, cheaper flights for people that want to attend, cheaper food... there is NO BETTER venue, that certainly can't be argued.

i say leave it in nashvegas, i have to drive 6 hrs to get there and i dont complain its alot of fun driving with my friends. If it goes farther west I wouldnt be attending and that would suck.
Vegas already has ces I think it should stay where its at

Nashville is about Country Music they dont care about Bass Heads it needs to be moved in the center of the states. So its half way for just about everyone. Form what I seen there wasnt hardly any spectators if we had more of them mabe more companys would be more intrested in being a bigger part of the sport.

Try looking at the dbdrag attendance in NV, They don't have that many shows but when they have them no one shows up. If there is such little interests in db drag out there why are you tring to get it moved out there ? Are you tring to set db drag up to fail ? because that's what's going to happen if finals moves out there. The interest is in the Midwest not over there and if it moves to the westcost I bet competitor participation will go down, Way Down.

I say leave it, if it has to be moved, Oklahoma or somewhere in the center so nobody can bitch about the drive, Vegas is nice as it is to visit isnt a place to have finals IMO. CES draws a crowd of people related to the industry, I dont see finals doing that, more people that dont know anything about it would rather do the same thign everyone else is in that town gamble, and outside of town hookers. West coast people do have a long drive and I commend the ones who make it, but they know at the start of the season if they wanna go there is a drive involved.

There just wasnt many spectators and I think that alot of the big companys noticed that and decided not to have a booth there. Wasnt enough traffic.

I also seen that MO swept the SS classes. Might as well make our drive shorter to pick up those big trophies. KC MO all the way!! Springfeild would be even better. DbSteve would love that!

I was the one who come up with the Tulsa idea, but I like this one, too. If it's in Springfield all the better!I only live 45 minutes from there, and would rent rooms cheap

The only problem with all of these ideas is if Wayne has contractual obligations with the Nashville convention Center for a certain period of years that he couldn't get out of. I would like to hear from the big man himself on this.

California had twelve certified scores for the entire year in EVERY class. Why should it be moved again?
