Greg, thanks for supporting dB Drag and our 'crazy' ideas for a single 8 competition at these shows. Im sure if the Midwestwest ( Get Loud Productions ) and the East Coast ( Street Scene Producions ) scheduled more events on the same weekend, that you'll see this style of competition more often.
Our goal here in the Midwest is to be louder than the East Coast. This is great, cause all the competitors from each side are not competing against one another, their competing in a group effort to beat the other side.
Thanks for coming on here and offering up something for a prize. This proves to me that you ( Kicker ) takes what us 'crazy' guys do seriously.

would also like to say hats off to greg for his participation in the crazy 8 idea, says alot about the company to come on here and willing to give out prizes and so on for doing well with there products. again hats off and keep up the great work and to all good luck on getting loud with your 8's

Time to get kRaZy. This is so cause people are thinkin' outside of the box . hehe. The reason I like this is that it is fresh, anybody can scrounge up an 8 and an amp. It also is as much about the cook as the kitchen, so to speak. So Let me run it down
1) Ya have to use a Kicker woofer. If you don't have as good of taste in amps, You can slide this time....cause I am playin nice and there is always hope for a lost soul. 2) The winner of the midwest show and the east coast show each get : A fresh L7 8 to go forth and conquer again. A License plate so thieves can spot the Loudest car in the lot A Decal and A CD Case If the overall(both Shows)winner has a Kicker Woof,a 1200.1 will be launched in their direction I need a photo of the winner. Now this is getting interesting!! I'm having trouble with my car and 1000 below temps, but I got a plan to make it run anyway!! The spark of competition ,might need a fire hose to extinguish!! I will be using an l7 8 with a kx1200.1, just hope the car lets me now!! Greg - YOU ARE ONE COOL DUDE! I'm stickering my pig up with Kicker decals soon! Emails coming back at ya's!

We are doing our final adjustments today to the box. I just hope no CRX's come and kill our little chance we had at this thing. I hope everybody is doing some good #'s and haven't blown up to many 8's. I am going to Seattle for work tomorrow for a week so you won't be hearing from me until the 2nd, hopefully I can make it back in time. Good luck and happy building.
