Just want to know if the 2002 rules will be out shortly. Just want to know beacuse there will be namy multi-points events held in March and i guess people will want to read the rulebook...

The voting is still going on (far as I know) - and asking every other day won't speed em up. There have been times in the past when they've not been out til after Daytona. So have patience. They'll be done when they're done. You can keep up with what's changing by checking the results - and you can pretty much gauge by that what the rules will be.
