Look at the store front again. There is section that says 'contact us' or something. That should have a mailing address. If you have any questions about what info you need to include, you may want to call the office and find out what all to send.
PS. I dont think that you will have any luck getting in touch with Wayne for the next 2 weeks, with CES and all.

The above information should be a helpful start in acquiring a 2002 dB Drag Racing Competitor Membership. All you will need to obtain is a $30.00 money order made out to dB Drag Racing Association and mail it to the Post Falls address. If you like, call Wayne and confirm its arrival and confirmation that you will receive a competitor pack when they are shipped. Should be as simple as that.
