i have emailed wayne and got no response (as usual)and dont know what else to do. i know that i can get one of the local shops to do it, and maybe i can talk db steve into judging it because hes pretty close ( ), but thats all i know to do. i need to know who to contact (that will reply) to get a show here. there are a lot of spl competitors here but none really know about db drags because theres never any shows here. memphis is a large city and i think it would be a great place to hold a show or two every year. can someone help me out here?

There are several car audio retailers in Memphis. If go to these shops and ask if they'd be intersted in hosting an event. Tell them you and your friends would be interested in attending. Its best to do this with the shop you purchase from the most. Explain to them about dB Drag and how it promotes the retailer.
I would definatly be interested in providing shows down your way.

sounds great steve. actually our car club is sponsored by one of the shops here in town. im sure hed be glad to do it. i just need to know what footwork i need to do to get the ball rolling.

Provide a stripper for any competitors that show for the weekend and I don't think you'd have problems..... Nah man, I know where you're coming from b/c I've been trying to get my local shops to put on some events like they used to back in the day......Keep plugging it will come.....
