If I bought a vehicle that came from the factory with two batteries in it,would I be able to use them in street 1-2 class?

We'll see, but Street is an 'unmodified' class so I would expect you would have to run what the vehicle came with - 2 batteries...?

Well nearly all diesels have two batteries up front and many of the new GM and Ford gasoline vehicles come with 2 batteries. But yes wait until the new rules come out to see what happens.
