Hello,im a db drag competitor in Belgium,i m compete in the EXTREME 5-8.Now my score is around 167db,but my dream is to get 170!!
Can somebody tell me whats the secret is to lett a car blowing 170db.I really like the car from TEAM SUPER SOUND!!How are they doing it??

more power + smaller interior = higher SPL

Also, a lot of guys are putting their subs on the passenger side and the ports on the drivers side.

Experiment with port tuning. Just cause the numbers say that you are tuned to a specific frequency, that's not always the case.

It seems that everyone has forgotten the biggest and most important factor for winning: money, and lots of it. I think that it would be cool if there was something like the "Installer Challenge" for DB Drag. As long as everyone has the same equipment, then let their imaginations run wild. Just my thoughts.
