Is this true? If so could you please report these additions/clarifications/changes to the 2001 dB Drag Racing rules?Thanks,

Im not sure how true this is but i've heard that there was some additions/clarifications/changes to the 2001 dB Drag Racing rules at the 3x show in Padre.

Is this true?

If so could you please report these additions/clarifications/changes to the 2001 dB Drag Racing rules?

Things like...A volkswagen bug doesn't have 4 sq ft. of windshield to begin with. Therefore, we revert to 80% rule for vehicles where the OEM windshield fails the 4 sq ft rule.A few other minor things. Nothing big.------------------

Nothing dramatic. I will be putting something tonight or tomorrow.

Things like...

A volkswagen bug doesn't have 4 sq ft. of windshield to begin with. Therefore, we revert to 80% rule for vehicles where the OEM windshield fails the 4 sq ft rule.

A few other minor things. Nothing big.

Yes jeff..I talked to wayne about that today and your comment will affect alot of people and not affect some...the rule has been there I guess now it is going to be enforced...

Anyone know why these changes are being made now and why they werent in the competitor handbook/rulebook? I'm not complaining or bashing or whatever.. Its just that this is kinda holding things up for me right now and I'm curious as to why changes are being made, thats all.Thanks.------------------
