After days of testing and trying thing after thing, I have decided earlier today to completely tear down the system and redo the whole thing. After consulting some other competitors, I have been assured it will be worth my effort. At 4 P.M. I went and bought 5 sheets of MDF. I cut all of them out for my new box. I then proceeded to tear out the old box and amp rack. At 9:30 tonight I had the entire car gutted once again. I plan to assemble the new boxes on Thursday after work. It is coming down to the wire, but the system was just not operating efficiently. From the range of 55-65 Hz The system was putting out levels within 0.5 dB of each other. I was expecting a resonant peak. So, the problem should be remedied this weekend, just in time for the upcoming shows. Has anyone else been redoing their system? I will let everyone know how it turns out. Good Luck to All!

Yeah Chad you're not the only one, we tore the Blazer apart last weekend 'cause it just wasn't loud enough, Besides we wanted to redo the floor anyway. Poured over 600 pounds of cement this weekend!!! To bad we're not even close to done. We also got this extremely crazy idea with the dash that we did, everyone will love it, it's one of those things like "everything but the kitchen sink". Plus I found out that now we wont be able to get woofers in time for finals, oh well. We'll find something.
Good Luck to all rebuilding for finals! just hope we all get done in time
