It really bothers me to see that there are shows from May and June still without results turned in. If a retailer has enough ambition to hold a show, it shouldn't be too hard to turn in the results so those who are serious about World Finals have some idea where they stand. My girlfriend (Kara Lucius) has over 30 points not turned in dating back to as early as beginning of June. I am not 100% sure if it is the retailers fault, however, we have been told by Wayne that results are posted as soon as the retailer logs in and submits. The worst culprits seem to be the Kenwood traveling dB Drag setup. I would be interested to see others input on this and possible solutions to get results up in a timely manner.

I agree. I have been to kenwood shows also this year and NONE have turned in results. Kenwood runs a great show but seems to have trouble turning in points. I give these guys credit but they seem to be lacking in this area. Something needs to be done!

Kenwood is aware of the problem and has just brought on a new person to ensure that all results are submitted in a timely fashion. This includes past events, as well.

Here at the dBDRA, we post results as soon as we receive them. For the past two weeks, we have had an employee calling all retailers with missing results. Hopefully, this will be fruitfull.

The bottom line is this: You will not lose your points. If you recall, we had some issues similar to this last year. Soon, a form will be available on-line where you can submit missing show information.

It would be a great service to the dBDRA if you, as a competitor, could request a copy of the show results prior to leaving the show. That way, if we can't get the retailer to submit his results, you could provide your copy to us.

Thanks.

This would be awesome!!

Please take a blank diskette with you. After the event, please ask the judge for a copy of the archived results file. When you get home, email this file to me. (This only works for retailers who use Term-LAB or the scorekeeping software.)

Great, great idea! Very little effort and you will be assured of getting your points in the most timely manner. Also, if you send me the file, I won't have to manually type the data in.

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

two-and-a-half year old issue. Some of the "back from the dead" posts have merit. This one's not one of them.
