What amp are you using for the W7? What aftermarket gear are you using other than the sub and sub amp?How is the W7 mounted(sealed,ported,etc..)?What size W7? Using crossovers in the amp for the W7? What frequencies are you playing with the W7?

If you wanted to keep your factory Deck and get a bit extra bass out of it use a MX-1 from maxxsonics.

I been playing with a few of their processors and this is definitely what you need if you want to keep your factory CD player but if not then a new one is good too.

The mx-1 has a parametric bass EQ so you can enhance the low end bass if the factory deck is lacking in frequency response. It also acts as a line w/ clip indicators driver to further help with a clean output.

What frequencies are you playing with the 10W7? Are you filtering the signal(crossovers)with the amp?
Martin
P.S. I run the same sub in the JL sealed enclosure (ProWedge).
