I have been contacting Wagonized with minimal success or should I say just rejection from him? He is the one with the complaint but wont talk to me. I have no need to proce anything to anyone but Wagonized. Thats the guy at the moment I am trying to take care of for a forth time. I am not posting for millions of people just Dustin. I am not avoiding any thread. I posted I was done with the high school drama that everyone is doing and if anyone wanted me to just pm me, I have replied to all pm's. So avoiding is not the term, trying to keep it between the party involved is the issue. But thanks for trying to think it through. But you have showed your mature level with the pm.

no he hasnt Terry.. there is a simple question.
Has be provided the proof that he did in fact ship the batteries.
That is the question. He clearly said that he will located it and provide it. He has not done so.
He can say all he wants about trying to rectify the situation with the buyer and what not but the fact still remains he hasn't

Then you got this one guy that bi*ching about being ripped off that lives in Canada and Washington and from my understanding is a very shady buyer/seller that people had expierences with in the past. Hedsok tho I cant say anything about because he seems like a very cool dude.
Im in no way shape or form a shady buyer. As far as a seller Ive had one issue ever. Which was taken care of mutually between the seller and I and we're both now happy with the results. He has his amp and I have my money. Thats why the feedback thread was deleted from CA.com

You PMd me on ca.com saying this: "I mentioned a phone number and would actually like to talk to you on the phone for once, if thats feasable? Really would like to chat one on one. But totally upto you I suppose."
I then replied "I dont see what there really is to talk about on the phone. Everything on my end is set in stone and organized...all this situation needs is a full refund or shipping documentation from you."
Then you said "That took a while for you to reply?? You dont see what there is to talk about? Kinda figured thats what you would say"
Personally I dont see why you need to speak to me on the phone in the first place. Like I said, I have all my documentation done. Its all up to you. Unless of course you're planning on admitting to scam me and want to keep it quiet and over the phone so I cannot post proof on every forum Im on. I really have no reason to talk to you, Im still waiting for proof that the item was shipped....or a refund through paypal. Its pretty simple really. Are you planning on sweet talking me over the phone into forgetting that you owe me $2091? Kinda curious why a phone convo is so important to you at this point.
Im fully willing to communicate. But our pms are going nowhere because all the information on my side has been provided...you just need to do option A) refund or option B) provided proof of shipping.

Terry, There was a true issue between Jordyo and headshok, and I took care of both. Trying to figure out stuff with Wagonized, but this months of doing so has not been easy to work with him. As his product was shipped and information was mailed to him a couple time last spring and this summer.

Well how do you suggest we communicate dustin? I just would like to talk on the phone about this mess and try to clear it up between us. I am not going to sit here and bash you or anything like that. I am never doing anything on the forums again, so I really dont need to check all these posts, but I do still keep tabs, hoping that this issue will get resolved.

Provide the proof you said you have. You said you have documentation and proof that you sent the items that the buyer paid you for.
Why do you ignore this? You are purposefully and intentionally ignoring this request. If you had the proof that you shipped the items then you would clearly post it.

If you want to shut up all the people talking or at least prove that you did in fact ship out the product then just simply provide the shipping and tracking information.
Would you not agree that is the simplest to do? Even a monkey can understand this yet the seller has repeatedly ignored this.

hey, i just got called out and fixed it with jordy. I messed up, can admit that. But even when i bought a NSB90 from kent, he told me it was used a couple times for testing, then when it showed up, it still had a world finals sticker on it from a year ago.
I hate it when i get ragged on cause i get behind on stuff and it takes longer to get people their parts, but dude, you offer up nothing to Dustin. It isn't too hard to scan a copy of the shipping documents and email them to him, hell, just throw out the tracking number.
I wonder if Dustin would be able to go back to custioms and see if they could do a search if anything was destined to his address.

Unfortunately it wasnt shipped to my Canadian address. Or atleast I never gave Kent a Canadian address to ship to buy my addy in Sumas Washington instead.
