this post was created in order to contact and clarify a situation that wasn't able to be handled behond the scenes. when a person like Headshok, Dustin and any others that have posted in here have had an issue what other recourse do they have?
same can be said with the post above (TSGP) you dont see any of the parties on here trying to sell pawn off their wears..

just an update for those who are keeping track of this thread. I still havent received a refund from kent (partial or full) nor have I received any emails or pms with the so-called proof that the batts were ever shipped.

yea thats all straightened out now. Atleast on my end. Its up to the buyer now to keep his end of the bargain. I was never out to rip anyone off...never have, never will.
As of now Tristan has his amp in hand and paypal (being the geniuses they are) has actually refunded him the money aswell due to them rejecting my tracking number for some reason. So Im waiting on him to test the amp to make sure it checks out a-ok and send me the payment again.
