Some of you know that I am getting ready to purchase the shop I have been managing for the last two years. I am currently in a business class, and am having to write a business plan.....I was wondering if any of you felt like sharing your business plans with me so I can have some kind of a reference as far as how they can be applied to a car audio shop.....it's kind of hard to find samples of those. If any of you feel so inclined, I appreciate it, and you can email to scoupen@earthlink.net

this year is a tough one. buying a shop will be a lot easier than starting one from scratch i would think, but best of wishes.

(IIRC) there was a very good link to ECAs' website where audionutz went through the trials and tribulations of opening, operating and expanding a shop. Although you aren't looking to open, it's still a really good read. (if it can be found)
