Have fun with this one:

You have $500...already have a head unit with 3 pre-outs rated at 2V each..what could you optimally get with $500 (including wiring, but not install or box materials)?

I know of cheap speakers..edesigns, ascension audio, etc. A 4-channel amp to run a subwoofer and front stage?

I'd get a hooker and call it a day. Does a signal even come out of 2v preamps? [Confused]

Or......you could buy my PPI 300a, 600a and eq for $200 and stiff Deafy out of a deal. [Wink]

well for a cheap setup that doesnt take much space and wont effect the electrical system UNLESS IT TOTALY SUCKS.LOL
thiers always RE RE line.. my 2 10s typicaly run like 100-150bucks..... my kicker amp which is about 200-300watts for about 100bucks or so, i got mine used, and it doesnt typicaly affect your voltage at all [Wink]

BUT sounds preaty nice ported!

that leaves ya with a few hundred for box materials and wires. but with such a small amp ya dont need anything bigger than like 4gauges.....

for a good/cheap system it work great!
even tho they are thier entry level model... thiers nothing entry level about them!

tho mines not for sale! i plan on puting it in my other crx once i get it on the road again [Big Grin]

thiers not any cheap subs that move that much and sound so good.
but just dont try and seal them! porteds the way to go definatly!

sorry tho with the highs ya cannt hear the bass. jus have to trust me [Wink]

ask anyones thats used the RE line ported.... ya wont be disapointed for the price!
